Golf House Tennessee, which is the home of golf in Tennessee, is seeking an energetic,career-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our team in Franklin. As a hub for golfdevelopment in the state, we pride ourselves on hosting one of the largest junior golf programsin the world. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain diverse experience inhigh-volume instruction, academy operations, and traditional golf shop management.The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering a premier experience to ourmembers and guests, balancing an energy and passion for teaching with the administrativeprecision required to run a top-tier facility.

Experience Required

Qualifications
• PGA/LPGA Associate or Member in good standing or an intent to enroll in the PGA PGM
Associate program.
• Strong communication skills and a "people-first" personality.
• Proven ability to work with large groups, particularly children and beginners.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Player Development
• Junior Programming: Lead and support clinics for one of the world's most robust junior
golf programs, fostering a fun and competitive environment for the next generation of
players.
• Tennessee PGA Junior Golf Academy: Serve as a core instructor for the Academy,
delivering high-quality coaching during peak season camps and sessions.
• Ladies Clinics: Develop and execute engaging instructional programs tailored to women
golfers of all skill levels.
• Private Instruction: Conduct individual golf lessons using modern coaching philosophies
to help players reach their personal goals.

Operations & Administration
• Program Management: Assist with the administrative backend of instruction
programming, including registration, scheduling, and student communications.
• Golf Shop Operations: Assist with daily shop duties such as tee time management,
point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Facility Support: Assist in general golf course operations and complete "other duties as
assigned" to ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
