East Hampton Golf Club has a great career opportunity for a talented and committed individual. Assistant Golf Professionals at East Hampton Golf Club have the opportunity to be well-rounded and will be involved in every aspect of the golf operation. This position reports to the Head Golf Professional and will work closely with other members of the golf staff to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience. In addition to assisting with all daily duties, this position will have ample opportunities with tournament operations, merchandising, golf instruction, club fitting, administration, and coordinating daily play. East Hampton Golf Club has a highly active golf instruction program, so teaching experience is a plus. An individual with golf instruction experience can do very well financially in a short period of time. Regularly playing with the membership and fellow staff is also a high priority of the Club!

COMPENSATION

• Hourly Rate: $18 - $22 per hour based on experience
• Overtime & holiday pay at "time and a half"
• Quality housing provided 100% by club
• Lesson Rate: $150 to $175 per hour based on experience
• HIGHLY active instruction program
• Based on data from previous 6-month employment, expected instructional income $20,000 to $35,000+++
