Overview Founded in 1929, North Hills Country Club is one of the premier private golf clubs in Wisconsin. With a storied history of hosting the PGA Tour and multiple Wisconsin State Opens, the club is defined by its passion for tournament golf and its commitment to a high-end golf experience. We are seeking an Assistant Golf Professional who is eager to contribute to our club while developing their career as a Golf Professional.

Experience Required

The Assistant Golf Professional will support all areas of the golf operation. We are looking for a motivated individual who is organized, personable, and dedicated to developing as a golf professional.

• • PGA Status: Level 1 PGA Associate (or higher) preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a golf operations environment (private club experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Golf Genius products and Trackman (or a strong desire to learn).
  • Instruction: Interest in teaching, coaching, and assisting with Junior Golf programs.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse membership.

Essential Responsibilities

• Member Services: Provide a "first-class" experience at the bag drop, staging area, and golf shop.
• Tournament Operations: Assist the Head Professional and Lead Assistant in the setup, scoring, and execution of member tournaments and outings using Golf Genius.
• Instruction & Growth: Lead individual lessons and clinics; play an active role in the Operation 36 and Junior Golf programs.
• Shop Management: Assist with daily shop operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and tee-sheet management.
• Communication: Contribute content to the monthly golf shop newsletter and maintain professional correspondence with members.
• Staff Support: Help oversee the Outside Services team to ensure the range and cart fleet are maintained to the highest standards.
