• Full Tillinghast restoration led by architect Tom Doak (reopened 2020)
• State-of-the-art practice facility
• TrackMan simulator lounge, fitness center, aquatics facility & Kids Club
• Clubhouse renovation, expanded outdoor dining, and new on-course amenities
• Complete re-grassing project (2023-2024), reopening with pristine new playing surfaces

We are seeking a candidate who is committed to personal and professional growth within the golf industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma
• PGA Member, PGA Associate, or aspiring PGA Professional
• Experience working at a private or public facility
• Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to daily operational needs
• A genuine desire to advance in the golf business and pursue long-term career development
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-level member service

Essential Responsibilities

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations Team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Golf shop leadership & merchandising
• Adult and junior instruction
• PGA Junior League & junior golf development
• Tournament operations & league management
• Daily golf course operations
• Club fitting & technology-based coaching
• Member engagement, building relationships & playing opportunities

RGCC has a large, active membership and strong demand for lessons, offering significant potential to grow your teaching revenue.
