Overview

Navesink Country Club's Golf Operations team is looking for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional for 2026. As one of the premiere private country clubs in the Northeast, we strive to provide high-class service for our members and guests in a four-season country club that provides amenities to our members 12 months per year. From the dining facilities, golf course, swimming pool and racquets facility in the summer, to our outdoor full-sized hockey and skating rink in the winter, Navesink has a little something for every member!

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a background in a high-end service-oriented club, with a goal of bringing a high level of service and energy to the club every day. The ideal candidate will be available from roughly late April through October/November.

As a team, we are looking for someone who will serve in all capacities of our Golf Operation, including but not limited to merchandising, tournament management (specifically overseeing a large mixed golf program), customer service, teaching all levels of golfers, (including a robust junior golf program), club repair, and playing with members on a weekly basis. This role is fast-paced and high-intensity in a busy "100-day sprint" on the Jersey shore, mixing the best of both worlds of a private country club just minutes from the beach.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• PGA Class A is preferred, not required
• Past experience as a PGA Intern or Assistant Professional at a high-end service oriented facility
