Doylestown Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to join our professional staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and active golf community with a high level of member engagement and a full, year-round calendar of events.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences by assisting in the organization and execution of a robust tournament schedule, supporting a growing junior golf program, and orchestrating player development initiatives for golfers of all skill levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning, promotion, and administration of a comprehensive tournament program featuring men's, women's, and mixed events.
• Providing high-quality instruction and player development programs, including private lessons, clinics, and group sessions that foster enthusiasm for the game.
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the junior golf program through engaging instruction, on-course experiences, and creative programming.
• Enhancing member engagement through daily interaction, fostering relationships, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Performing daily golf operations duties, including tee time management, golf shop support, and tournament preparation.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of golf operations while contributing to a dynamic, service-oriented team committed to excellence. Candidates should be personable, organized, and passionate about delivering first-class golf experiences in a busy private club environment.
