Hillcrest Country Club is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Hillcrest is a 9-hole private country club located just outside Adel, Iowa. We currently just have finished up with a bunker renovation and are working on a long-range plan for new maintenance facility, clubhouse, practice facility, #9 green, and new tee boxes. With these exciting changes, we are seeking a motivated individual to help lead staff and projects.

• Assist in the training of employees
• Applies fertilizers and pesticides
• Able to grind reels and assist in machine maintenance
• Must be able to identify common turf diseases on the golf course
• Must keep accurate records of applications to the golf course
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, bend, and lift 50-100lbs
