Assistant Controller Gasthof Gramshammer / Pepi Sports Gasthof Gramshammer and Pepi Sports are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our team. This full-time, year-round position plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of our hotel, restaurant/bar, and retail outlets. The Assistant Controller will process biweekly accounts payable across all departments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures. This role also includes reconciling and maintaining daily receipts for the hotel, restaurant/bar, and retail operations, requiring consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Additional responsibilities include preparing monthly sales tax filings and completing bank reconciliations, as well as assisting the Controller with a variety of ongoing accounting duties and special projects. This position offers meaningful engagement across multiple business units and supports a collaborative, service-driven environment. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism Compensation: Salary is based on experience.
