Assessment Clinician – Kinston, NC
Starting Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on education and experience)

Operated in partnership with the NC Department of Public Safety, our Juvenile Assessment & Crisis Centers provide comprehensive residential assessments that help match youth to the most appropriate services in their communities.
We are seeking an Assessment Clinician for our Kinston, NC center to play a key role in evaluating youth and shaping their path forward.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct client assessments and complete psychometric tasks
- Write psychosocial histories and individualized service plans
- Serve as the primary liaison for families and court service staff
- Work under the direction of a licensed psychologist within a supportive, interdisciplinary team

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, or LPA)
- Two years of experience providing therapeutic services
- Psychometric experience preferred, but not required
