Camp Ketcha | Summer 2026 (June 15 – August 26) 
Starting at $17.50/hr | Age 18+ 

Do you enjoy working with kids and being outdoors? Do you have an interest in archery or teaching new skills? 
Camp Ketcha is hiring an Archery Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and confidence-building archery sessions for campers ages 4–14 on our 107-acre outdoor campus in Scarborough. 

What you’ll do: 
Teach basic archery skills in a safe and supportive environment  
Help campers build focus, confidence, and proper technique  
Lead fun, age-appropriate activities and games using archery equipment  
Set up, maintain, and care for all archery equipment and range space  
Create a positive, encouraging experience for all campers  

No prior certification required—we provide training before the start of camp.

Enjoys working with children and being outside  
Responsible, safety-minded, and attentive  
Comfortable leading groups and giving clear instructions  
Positive, patient, and encouraging

 
This is an active, outdoor role where you’ll spend your days working with kids, building skills, and being part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid Certification Required - We offer low cost classes before the start of camp season
