Overview
Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring an Adoption Specialist in our Customer Success Adoption department. The Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement and product adoption across key accounts. This role combines direct customer interaction with campaign execution and internal collaboration to ensure users are maximizing value from our platform throughout their lifecycle. We are a fast paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We're looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer usage and health dashboards to identify under-utilized accounts and proactively address risk indicators.
- Execute multi-channel adoption campaigns and follow up with personalized outreach to increase engagement.
- Meet directly with customers to share product best practices and guide them through adoption milestones.
- Partner with Account Managers and internal teams on renewal and expansion opportunities, sharing adoption insights and customer context.
- Track all customer interactions, insights, and outcomes using CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Analyze the performance of adoption initiatives and adjust playbooks, messaging, and segmentation strategies based on results.
- Share qualitative and quantitative feedback with Product, Training, and Enablement teams to improve user experience and address product gaps.
- Contribute to strategic activities such as QBRs, roadmap planning, onboarding improvements, and lifecycle program design.
- Mentor peers, support new team member onboarding, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Document case studies and success stories to celebrate customer wins and demonstrate program value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 24 years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer analytics platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Highspot, Salesforce).
- Ability to review and analyze customer usage data and recommend options.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
- Confidence explaining technical concepts in a simple and approachable way.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to execute client deliverables on time.
- High adaptability, sense of urgency, and comfort working remotely.
- Passion for helping customers succeed and a team-player attitude.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $56,300-$80,000, bonus eligible.
